Chapter 4: Table tops
This film shows a very easy position of strength which, when held, another partner can give their full weight to.
Chapter 5: Assisted flip
This film shows how a dancer can help their partner flip from a sitting position on the floor back up to a standing position.
Chapter 6: Hip hug
This film shows how a dancer can catch their partner and ending up holding them in a hug position just above their hips.
Chapter 7: Matrix jump
This film shows a jump where two dancers link arms and pull each other into a spin.
Chapter 8: Hip tilt
This film shows a lift where one dancer uses momentum to balance over their partner's hip.
Chapter 9: Superman lift
This film shows a lift where one dancer holds their partner at chest height.
